Beta...20.

I never thought after a round of IVF I would be happy to say my hcg levels are dropping. Never. However, in the past 3 years of school I have seen my share of ectopic pregnancies, miscarriages, and chemical pregnancies. Of the 3, I would take a chemical pregnancy hands down. Which is what I am calling this one. My highest hcg count was 34.5 which isn't high. I wouldn't have even known I was pregnant if I hadn't gone through IVF and tested so early.

I  am allowed to stop all medications and resume normal routine. Dr. Gurtcheff is awesome. She's to the point. She's honest. She's sincere. She cares. She loves her job. She has really hard parts of her job, like today when she had to call and give bad news. But she cares, and she wants to see all her patients bring home a baby. Which means a lot.

We have a lot of options we need to go over and decide what the next plan of action if any is. The next plan is to focus on health and try and lose some weight and get in shape. But for the weekend, bring on the booze and shmooze.
