1,2,3?

This is just a funny comic I found earlier, you may have to open it in a new window if it is too small to read:
So after talking with people about the appointment on Sat. and telling them our odds (about 50%) we always seem to get on the discussion of how many to put back. Usually the typical amount is 2, and most of the time you end up with a singleton (just 1 baby). Well, if you put back 3 wouldn't your odds be better than just the 50%? And, of the 3 that you put back what would REALLY be the odds of having all 3 take? What maybe 5%? Of that 5% how many are actually going to make it to delivery (vanishing twin syndrome) maybe 1%? We were just talking about it and although it would be really tough to have twins (or triplets) I really don't think I could face the fact of spending $13k and having NOTHING? So my question to you all is....knowing ALL the risks (NICU, premature babies, pregnancy complications, ect) how many would you REALISTICALLY put back???

I think I'd really talk to your Dr. about it. I know a lot of countries won't even consider putting 3 in, but a lot of women in America here have found a lot of success with 3.

I say, do what you feel is right! I think I'd probably only put in 2, because what if they split! Then you have 6! lol.
