OUCH!

So I went and had my blood drawn today so I could talk with the nurses and what not and find out exactly what I needed to do when it gets closer. After a few phone calls and what not I think my insurance is going to pay 80% of the blood, so I only had to fork out $40! NICE!

Now to my not so cool story of the blood draw. (New Girl) starts drawing and doing a pretty good job, she has to take 6 vials (WOW) so she has 2 BIG ones and 4 smaller ones. She is switching the 2-3 vial and the needle slips out and blood sprays her and all over my arm (gross) so she has to re-stick the needle in and starts drawing some more. Well down to the last 2 vials and the blood is BARELY dripping in! So pulls the needle back out unties the rubber thing and lets some more blood into my arm and I have to get stabbed AGAIN! I really don't think I have much blood, or any unholey veins in my body! I should be getting used to the blood draws (which they don't bother me) but man between having my period (super heavy) and losing a quart of blood for test I really need to get some lunch!

They are going to fax me a copy of the results on Monday (I am really snoopy and like to have my own copy of everything) so that will be interesting to get back. Remember we are hoping for a # lower than 6 on the FSH! The other tests were for like AIDS, HIV, Blood type, ect. nothing really important (ok maybe important, just not for hormone levels). Now just to get Jeremy in!
